WEEKEND WORKOUT


The weekend workout is an outdoor fitness class, utilising the natural surroundings of Scadbury Park.

This is a great way of working outdoors in a fun, safe, group environment, where you will be encouraged to challenge yourself.

The class is open to male and female and can be catered to varying fitness levels

The 1 hour class will involve walking and running drills combined with circuit training style body weight exercises utilising the natural terrain of Scadbury Park, all of which can be adapted to meet your individual fitness requirements.

In addition to this group class, I offer small group or one to one training based on your personal goals.

All sessions are outdoor.  No such thing as bad weather, just bad clothing!

You can attend your first class for just £7. If you like it (and you will!) further classes are £7, bookable in advance (minimum 4 sessions). Class numbers are limited to 10 to ensure that we can always offer the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

  

Classes start at 10am on Saturday's at Old Perry Street car park, Scadbury Park

Please bring with you water, wear layers that can be peeled off as you warm up and put back on during the cool down. Classes will take place whatever the weather.
